Our system is fully automated. All uploaded photos are automatically deleted from our servers within one hour after processing. Once deleted, photos cannot be recovered. We do not store, share, or use your photos for any purpose other than providing the compression service.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the compression service. This license terminates when your photos are deleted from our servers.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the proper rights, licenses, or permissions to use and process all photos through our Service. We are not responsible for verifying ownership or licensing of any content you upload. You must not upload photos that infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

7. Service Disclaimers

Metadata Removal

Our Service offers the option to remove metadata (EXIF data) from photos. While we use industry-standard methods to remove metadata, we cannot guarantee complete removal of all metadata in all circumstances.

You acknowledge that metadata removal is provided on a best-effort basis and you remain responsible for verifying that sensitive information has been removed before sharing photos.

Compression Quality

We make no guarantees regarding specific compression ratios, visual quality, or suitability for any particular purpose. Results may vary based on image content and format. The Service is not suitable for critical applications where image integrity is essential.

8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
